Yesterday afternoon, the offices at Plethora were excited and anxious; Not only have they already had 2 successful closings within the last few weeks, but more are on their way. But yesterday, we were proud for another reason. As the leading M&A firm in Orange County, California, Plethora's President, George Lanza, is a busy man. With a background in ship design, hydraulics, manufacturing and engineering, it's not surprise that his personality is filled with confidence and charisma.
